  1. You fool! You should have taken a photo of them sleeping on the job whilst illegally parked...such material being potentially priceless should you, in the future, find yourself in contravention of parking regulations yourself my dear Willy-Woofy... ...such an ugly word blackmail isn't it?

  3. ha ha ha Of course...Willy Woof...creative persona...massive potential for serious change...good sense of humour too - essential in these days and times. *rushes off to revoke initial vote and to re-vote for Willy Woof*
  4. I don't know about that Narnia - I suspect that "Dog" might be a euphemism for the "National Front" or "BNP". (Edited because results have changed rapidly since early hours of this morning). Actually, now I'm not so sure...budgie...mouse...hmmmm. And to think I almost voted mouse...oh dear.
  5. Sorry about your bike Otto. I presume your bike wasn't registered? I would recommend that bike owners register their bikes...if an unauthorised person is caught with your bike, the chances that it will be returned to you AND the unauthorised user arrested will be that much greater: http://www.bikeregister.com/.
  6. Yes...a gardener is only as good as his/her tools. Which reminds me, watch out for rust. Don't expose your trowel to rain or even foggy air.
  7. My pleasure brum. And do not forget to thoroughly clean your trowel after every use. That way you will not spread disease and it will last you for years.
  8. Hmmmm... I shall watch out for the odd bruise, or arm in a sling etc. in future...
  9. Good for you brum. In any event, to be honest, there isn't much you can't sow even with the smallest of trowels. It has advantages over larger models too, e.g. easier on the hands/wrist due to it's light-weightedness, it makes accessing difficult/small areas much easier, and of course, it is less bulky to carry around. This list is not definitive by the way.

I know you've said that you've had tickets cancelled in the past. However, I am wondering if any of the pick-ups/set-downs have been e.g. along red routes? This is what is stated on the DoT's website: A vehicle displaying a Blue Badge may stop on single or double red lines, but only to pick up or set down the badge holder. You are not allowed to pick up or set down Blue Badge holders at bus stops on red routes where there is also a wide white line. Parking on red routes is only allowed, if at all, at spaces specifically reserved for Blue Badge holders. You must always check the signs to see what concessions are available. Also see pages 20 - 24 of this (Places where you cannot park). I realise that you have probably researched much of this already yourself...but just in case... Also, where are you having the problems? Are you talking about Southwark specifically? I only ask, because different boroughs have different rules. Can the Blue Badge Advice Line not assist you? (0161 367 0009 or 0207 944 2914 or email [email protected]).
  13. Very clever Woofy...but it only works if one uses the "continental" digit seven. Still funny though.
  14. HAL9000, presumably you have seen this. It is crystal clear: Blue Badge passengers are entitled to various concessions as regards setting down etc. I don't understand why you are having so many problems.
  15. I'm impressed!

  21. *now in fits of giggles* I've only recently seen your thread on possibly moving house to "my" area! Phew! In which case, we could all dibb together!

Wimpey slightly better quality build, but Beazers are more roomy. Maintenance? A doddle!
