More than half of that -- and of many links that get posted here --- is just unnecessary and confusing noise. All the stuff from the ? onward is private parameters for use by the server to deal with the particular circumstances pertaining to the person and system that requested, or just received, the web page containing it.

@Sue - try this one to see the proposed bus stops. Everything after the question mark in the original is tracking code and sometimes they fall over. Also Amazon Web Hosting (which seems to host the document for TfL) has been wobbly today.
