OK, I am going through a pizza craving, but apart from papa johns (which don't deliver) and Pizza hut (which do but my fiance does not like them) which are the only two I have ever tried in the UK, what is the best pizza delivery in SE22?? Think thin crust over deep pan, but to be honest if it is good I will consider all!

Thanks for your suggestions!

I have not heard of this Firezza joint, web site looks flash, looks like they cater for the more pretentious elements in this area. Of the ones I have used my view is this:

half moon herne hill: Complete rubbish. Ordered from these once and was not amused.

Pizza Pan: edible, but not the best.

Speedos: good honest tasty pizza at a good honest price.

Pizza GoGo: my favourite, quality pizza and good service with good meal deals.

xxxxxxx

I think they probably cater for the people who like excellent pizza, they are head and shoulders above the others

If the above is spoken in the accent of my Italian friend Morgana, then it makes sense, and I'll take it as a reommendation.

If it's in my half received pronounciation, half cockney git and half American slang, then I balk at it.

I mean you do the the math.

Ssss.

No it doesn't sound bad at all. Just something about your post put me in mind of my Italian friend.

Firezza you say? Good enough for me.

    • Let's hope Planet Aid's current workers aren't forced to make "voluntary" contributions to the cult, then. "Patrick Goteka was working for a charity in Zimbabwe when, in 2006, his employer offered him a big break - the chance to transfer to the US. Goteka, who would be working as a manager in the recycled clothes business, knew the move would mean sacrifices - separating him from his wife and three children. But he says he didn't bank on also having to join a cult-like organisation - the Teachers Group - and surrender a chunk of his monthly salary when he took on his new role." https://www.bbc.com/news/magazine-36940384 https://www.bbc.com/news/uk-politics-36953455
    • Kyjah did my garden at my flat and then I moved house and lost his number and came on here to find it again.    He recently completed installing a new driveway in the front of our house. It was a concreted front garden and he turned it into a double car driveway with paving, exactly what we wanted him to do.    He then did our back garden and has done an amazing job. Laying a new patio, raised beds, seated areas and new lawn. The back we asked him to leave as we plan to get a cabin installed.    I searched Kyjah out as he did such an amazing job at my flat and he was the only person I trusted to do the work at our new house. He’s reliable, hard-working and brings your vision to life. I’ve attached some before and after pics
