*shudders at the thought of the Goose and Granite* That was a right hole! There was always trouble up there. I stopped going after I saw a couple of lads from Sainsbury's beating the life out of a poor old drunk wiv a pool cue :s
And now one of my work colleagues is annoyingly demolishing a plate full of salad... it all sounds quite disgusting - grinding, scraping, shovelling :| someone help me! The eating habbits of some ppl is totally grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
I think, from my experience, it's being changing more steadily over the last 10+ years. It's sad tradition is being pushed aside. I personally prefer the old tradtional looking pubs (minus the stale cigar smoke smell)too.
Crawling back into bed would be my preferred option. I fink I may have over done it this weekend! Lol dunno y I'm complaining really I finish early 2day *sighs*
I did an Open Uni course a couple of years ago in computers (website and communication type thing). The support that's available if top stuff :) Certainly recommended even if it's a course you do just out of interest :)
I appreciate that (it happens on an hourly basis) however... if you really CANT hear get someone else to bloomin'well do it for you! Sowwy I don't mean to b mean... I'm in a grouchy mood 2day - it's Monday! :-(
How many people truly donate their unwanted belongings to a charity shop FOR the charity? I mean do you wake up one morning thinking you want to give a few things to charity and therefore have a rumage in cupboards, draws and all that in the search to find something you want to give just to your chosen charity? OR is it a case of you having a general clear out and realise you have alot of things you want to get rid of and then think you could give your unwanted stuff to charity?
It's the same when you're carrying lots of things (instruments, luggage etc). Quite clearly you need room to move around or that you may b getting off before the majority of ppl do yet ppl get grrrr wiv you if you stand near to a door or refuse to move into an area that is going to cause more problems further along on the journey... do ppl not think? :|
Silly old deaf men who think that just coz they can't hear they assume u can't aswell - my poor ears hurt from a very painfully slow 10min telephone booking :(
