  10. Very tempting, but if it immobilises it, that'll make the situation worse, not to mention something called criminal damage, which is illegal, I believe.
  11. Some t...er has parked right across the top corner of Worlingham Rd and the bin lorry was stuck there for ages with traffic building up in both directions. If it had been a fire engine or ambulance? If it's your white car, please come and shift it.

    Bats

There was a very low flying bat over Crawthew/Worlingham last night. Does anyone know where it might live?
  19. Lewisham market is Monday to Saturday, KidKruger. Same stalls, I think.
  20. Lewisham market, as long as you don't intend to keep the fruit for very long
  21. Just a comment, Louisa, just a comment. Calm down, dear.
  22. It takes on to know one
  23. I don't think you're wrong, Rose79. What sort of advice is being given here? Grab hold of a strange dog? Teach your children this is OK? Somehow now you're in the wrong. I suppose if you'd been bitten it would be all your fault.
  24. A farmer was quoted in the paper saying they don't grow Jerseys in the same way as they used to. He reckoned the flavour was created by the seaweed that was traditionally used as fertilizer. And don't get me started on the fruit in supermarkets. Rock hard for 99% of it's life, a very brief window of ripeness then suddenly mush.
