If anyone is living nearby in a campervan this could be their stored-up urine perhaps dumped in batch at intervals. Open a bottle and tip it out and you'll have your answer.

I'd also recommend Pushkar camel fair if you want a serious spectacle and great location, it's usually around November, exact dates based on Lunar calendar I think. Lasts a few days. If you're prepared to put the effort in then Ladakh is a good hiking location, once you've spent a couple of days acclimatising.

The laptop I'm considering is modern (few months old) but the description does not explicitly say it IS enabled for blue tooth. If I get a bluetooth dongle I have the impression that the laptop itself will still need to have some kind of bluetooth capability installed. So my query is if bluetooth is NOT standard on this (modern) laptop, can I install it so it has that capability ?

Yeah but I'm looking at laptops on various websites, some of them don't explicitly day there IS Bluetooth and other specs/details on other sites dont answer my question. So, if I get a laptop without Bluetooth installed, can i install it later ??

If you buy a laptop with mi bluetooth facility on it, is it possible to buy some Bluetooth software and a Bluetooth 'dongle' so you can access bluetooth devices nearby ? Or us it something fundamental which must be installed during manufacture ?

North Carolina. Huge beaches if you want them. Decent mountains to hike or drive through. Great towns like Asheville. And covered in indiginous music wherever you go, both bars and festivals.

I have 40Gb hard disk. 20Gb is free space. Last month the disk was almost full, I thought this was the root of the performance issues so I moved 50% to external drive. I use no fancy video or gaming packages, just Internet, burn the odd CD and use MS tools - boring I know. Apols to OP for any distraction from his OP.

This had been interesting reading. My 5 yr old Evesham laptop has been a right dog for several weeks now. I have followed the disk cleanup and defrag points above but it's still slow as ferk, especially so for some reason when I use Outlook. Thing is I'm doing nothing fancier on it nowadays than i have previously, which is why it's frustrating having this drop in 'performance'. I'll try the other tips mentioned above on downloading a clearing routine. Otherwise I guess Christian on Pellatt Rd will have to sort it...

donohue if it was your son who was butchered at a bus stop you may have a slightly different view, the fact that in the past there was one trial and 'that was it' doesn't mean it should always be the case, especially when the original case fell apart not because the accused were innocent, but because of the over zealous way in which the case was prosecuted by the CPS / Police.

Interesting comment donohue, in what way do you seriously believe the trial was UNfair ?

Sounds great - we allow Dobson and Norris to be sent off for a handful of years for a heinous crime and when people are disgusted at the apparent leniency we can tell them "well that's the way the machine works". Sentencing them as teenagers is not appropriate. They had the chance to be sentenced as teenagers but chose against it didn't they ? They lied and obstructed out of choice. Now I believe they should face sentencing as adults, which is what they are.

Then that law should have been changed as well as the double jeopardy legislation.

Personally I'll be disappointed if these guys get less than 20 years. The old lady of one of them should also go down for her 'alibi'. Whole mess is sickening for many reasons.

There's been a LOT of disappointment amongst decent folks over the lack of convictions / failed trial a few years ago. This has led to resentment and suspicion of the legal system. Finally technical advances mean at least two of the five will go down. There's relief and satisfaction that men who blatantly murdered a guy and got away with lies are finally going to prison. My relief and satisfaction is increased many fold each time I sit next to a racist dick head on a bus or hear one in a bar.

Gary Dobson and David Norris have been found guilty of Stephen Lawrence's murder so I hear! They will be sentenced on Wed apparently. Finally! Even coming at the end of 2012 that would have been some of the best news this year. ?I hope the sentence reflects their lying and overdue nature of their incarceration. ?Next the Acourts and Knight ? That would be a fine icing on the cake.
