  1. So I checked out this place yesterday - I'm very impressed and will most likely join in the next week or 2. -No queues for equipment -state of the art equipment in there -people training there were being given loads of supervision -good opening hours + class timetable -The Pilates room looks very impressive -clean tidy + nice changng rooms -potentially good expansion plans -Suits me down to the ground
  2. the website doesn't seem to work for me.... www.esphysicalhealth.com anyone else?
  3. what's the eye Candy like there?....I am actually quite tempted to join this place!
  4. maybe get AllBarOne in there!
  5. how can one go about getting a lead water level test only (without having a full survey)? Our Mains pipe was replaced a couple of years back - Thames Water did it for free, but I think there maybe other lead pipes between the mains and tap!
  6. Anyone know if any of the Barbers stay open for late (till about 8pm) cuts this evening? cheers
  7. sounds like we have cause for an 'Urban' fox hunting group! They'll go after your cats too!
  8. yep I've noticed that too + its been there for years.
  9. yes they are around the Goose green end of Worlingham road - near the Garages. Pee (human) in a bucket is the answer!
  10. I prefer David Icke
  11. 'cnut' is bad but 'smelly cnut' is worse!... I used to know a mate who would often say that and it just sounded awful!
  12. What were the MSG levels like? - its the one thing that puts me off the Chinese Takeaways!
  13. to those who are going to fight back - just remember that we are only around the corner from Peckham where alot of these runts come from...and they are most likely carrying knives or worst still guns!
  14. I feel so tempted to dig out the old Hockey stick and go for a wander tonight - makes the blood boil!
  15. Blue10 - good to here you're ok...out of curiousity what sort of weapon were they carrying? I blame all that rap music they listen to these days.
  16. Here's a simple tip - just get a desk lamp or other light in your living room and attach one of those plug timers to it so it comes on during the evenings when you would normally be up and about! Maybe even have your radio come on too. So simple to do and may make your house/flat not such an obvious and easy target! Also get a trusted neighbour to pop in every few days.
  17. Can Snorky publish his review here?
  18. yep deadlocks are the definitely the best method here - especially if you are in a flat! We insist on having the main front door deadlocked at all times - the yale locks are just way to easy to open via the 'slip' method or even a doctored key. If you know what you're doing you can easily slip a yale lock with a plastic coke bottle - I know I've done it myself...when locked out of my flat!
  19. I've been told that copper nails are quite effective
  20. not had one on Worlingham Rd either
  21. Yes but some of these trees are a real pain!.... Every Autumn they shed leaves which I have to Sweep up from my doorway, and if I park my Car under them (in the limited space available) the bloody birds perched up in them end up cr@pping all over my car! Chop 'em down I say!
  22. some offer 'O' level and 'A' level services too!... I thought it was GCSE's these days??
  23. Simplest I've found is... E.Dul train to London Bridge Jubilee to Westminster District line to Heathrow takes under an hour - if all is running smoothly.....and best avoid the rush hour with all that luggage!
