  1. Truckers caps and Baseball caps and especially the stupid, silly cunts who wear them. I blame George Michael and Princess Diana. And another thing... people who like George Michael and Princess Diana. Also, the deification of Princess Diana as some sort of Mother Teresa type figure. Just take out the first I in deification and you'll be nearer the mark.

He may not be the chosen one but he is the one who chooses to shag his brother's wife.
  4. Yeah, I think that was more of a Gerrard inspired comeback. Still, he has it on his CV so it definitely works in his favour but please not at Spurs.
  5. Great post but that accolade surely goes to HonaloochieB (who's disappeared again) for his consistently funny posts.

The poor thing was barking like a mad thing first thing this morning.
  8. I see Mourinho's parked the bus.

  10. Where and when did he say that?
  11. Fortunately, Moyes' stock has fallen since Levy was apparently interested in him. I don't think he'd be that stupid to go back in on damaged goods. And Otta's right. His brand of safety first football wouldn't go down well with Spurs fans.
  12. There are a lot of similarities here to when Frank O'Farrell took over from Sir Matt Busby. An ageing team past its best and in desperate need of rebuilding, one "superstar"- player for Rooney see George Best and a manager though well respected not quite up to the job.
  13. Equally, Man Utd need rebuilding from top to bottom. Spurs have a better squad of players. The just need the right coach/manager to inspire them.
  14. If that is the case then I expect Louis Van Gaal will step into the hot seat after the World Cup. I've never thought that it was a done deal that he would go to Spurs as Ruud Gullit said it was especially with so much uncertainty going on at Old Trafford.
  15. I didn't notice either. I had it as three-nil Chelsea.
  16. Bale!
  17. Whatever! They are both wonderful players. I feel privileged to have watched Bale's development over the last few years at Spurs. If we'd managed to keep hold of him this season I'm certain we'd be 12 points better off. He saved our arses so many time last season with winning goals and great performances. As first seasons go he's had a very good one at Real considering he was injured and missed quite a few games at the beginning of the season. Now he's well and truly settled in at Real Madrid he'll only get better as well. He's an absolute joy to watch.
  18. Nope, no problem.
  19. Oh, I'm with you on that one ZT. Deep deep unadulterated joy
  20. That's a great find Nashoi. Just goes to show that Led Zeppelin built their career on the back of the then recently splintered Jeff Beck Group. They didn't do too bad though did they.
  21. 3-1 down at half-time. The race for seventh is well and truly on. Come on you Baggies.
  22. Yeah, I'd rather Liverpool won it than anyone else this season.

Go and wash your mouth out with carbolic soap and water. As a Spurs fan your dislike of Chelsea should be a smidgeon less than the Goons.
