Letters of congratulations in the South London Press Letters have come from Spain and Portugal so far and they say they will be at Wembley:))

Lookat any Milwall Matchday Programme these days and it will say "The 10 Winners of this weeks raffle are "Charlie from Bexley, Fred from Coulsdon, Ian from Edenbridge, Steve from Erith, Harry from Surbiton etc...

Last minute Winner for Wigan and Millwall took the Maximum 49,000 as Wigan did not sell out. Same as Millenium Cup Final shame that Millwall did not turn up on the pitch(td)

Oh, I Remember West Ham 1 Arsenal 0 :)-D The only response I can think of is....Aaagghh!!!! Anyway I must get back to having a "bit of banter" with Leeds Fans...I just wrote: Don Revie, Billy Bremner, Jackie Charlton, Norman Hunter,Peter Lorimer, Sniffer Clarke, Eddie Gray, Paul Madeley, Paul Reaney,Mick Jones,Trevor Cherry, Terry Yorath,Rod Belfitt, Albert Johanneson,Frankie Gray, David Harvey,Gary Sprake,Johnny Giles,Tony Currie,Jason Beckford,Duncan McKenzie,Angel Of The North,Pennine Way,Ilkley Moorites,Last Of The Summer Winos, those from The Dales... My first Away Match outside London was at Portsmouth, circa 1967/8 when Pompey had Ray Hiron/ Albert McCann and Co. Would other Millwall Fans be there I wondered. We parked quite a way from the Ground and suddenly I heard The Millwall Fans singing Away and we were some distance from Fratton Park. When we got in the place I always remember the image of The Two-Tier "Home" End and around 2,000 Millwall Fans doing a "Knees Up Mother Brown" in the Top Tier with few Home Fans asit was one hour before kick-off. I needn't have worried....last laugh (as usual "Away" ) was on Millwall as we were brushed aside 3/0 lol
  13. My Comments are all in the "On The Ball" Thread but a quick synopsis would be: WALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL E-I-O E-I-O E-I-O E-I-O E-I-O E-I-O E-I-O E-I-O :)-D
  14. I wrote a thread on the Betfair Forum before the kick-off asking what time EXACTLY Leeds would get their Penalty--I predicted 64th Minute so I wasn't too far out.:)). I feared the worse as Millwall fans were only allowed a derisory 1,000 tickets (as were Leeds at The Den) and with a volatile full house of 37,000 against them plus Beccio/Beckford et al I did not think we would do it. Before the game Jason Price (injured) said that the Team were really confident, a confidence I did not share. They were right and I was wrong I'm delighted to say. To get myself in the mood I watched the 6-part History of Millwall and the 6-part CCTV-Leeds/Millwall match recorded with Donal McIntyre that showed the "passion" of The Leeds Fans so I was "up" for the match come kick-off. I was very unlucky with my Betting as I did "0/0" at 15/1 and the time of the first goal in 3 seperate Bets i.e. "61-70 Mins"// "71-80 Mins" -- "81-90 Mins") so if it had been 0/0 at 60 Minutes I could not have lost. It didn't matter as I rarely have been so proud of The Lions, which I have watched since 1961, and all I have to do now to get a Wembley Ticket, which won't be as easy as it might sound. It will be a wonderfully colourful spectacle at Wembley and we will enjoy the day out and hopefully Promotion! Commisserations to Leeds, it is only a matter of time before they go up with that support. WALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL:)) Oh! I nearly forgot.... E-I-O, E-I-O, E-I-O, E-I-O E-I-O, E-I-O, E-I-O, E-I-O....>:D<

  21. Loochie: This proposed Cabinet is beginning to take on a distinctly leftie/liberal feel which is to be discouraged at all costs. If a rival Nation disapprooves of our actions we should nuke them not chat to them over English Tea and Muffins....:X
  22. Wanno: You see a Man you want to meet A/ You keep looking at him. You wait for him to look at you. When he looks your way, smile warmly and wave to him. This gives him the space and the safety that he needs. If he smiles and walks over to you, go ahead and greet him and start a conversation. If he doesn't, then you can turn your attention elsewhere. Alternatively you can sidle up behind him and gyrate against his backside. Your choice. p.s. I would prefer "B" as we both know exactly where we stand...>:D<
  23. Er, I thought I was the PM here? Anywayz, what-ev-er (flinks hand dismissively in any general direction) I have decided on our Policy which should be to outdo The Mongol Empire of Ghengis Khan infamy which stretched from the Caspian Sea to The Sea Of Japan. Eventually this tiny Island will rule the waves and eventually regain our position as Rulers of the whole wide World, under my Leadership, making old Ghengis look like a Puddycat... Lets Rise this Great Nation of ours-together we can conquer the World-starting with Andorra, Monaco,Liechenstein and San Marino. Are you with me or agin me?

Actually it was 1971 so 38 years should qualify for a decent grudge..:)) In researching which year I see there is an excerpt from the famous 1977 Panorama Documentary on Millwall, on You Tube, entitled "Millwall, F-Troop"...and I see one of my Local MP's is in the clip as a young 19-year-old in the Pub Scene! Fascinating as I know some of the "clientele" in that Pub scene...its on for 2/3 minutes and perfectly encapsulates the intimidating atmosphere of Millwall in The 1970's...(6)
