Yes, it's fundamentally OK, with a capacity of 3,000, though the club must show the possibility of increasing that in the future to 4,000. Some pitch perimeter fencing changes might be needed though. But nothing fundamental.

Well, moneybags Billericay Town won tonight and are champions, so Dulwich Hamlet will definitely finish second and will have home advantage in the playoff semi-final on Thursday May 3rd. But come along anyway to their temporary home at Tooting & Mitcham on Saturday v Margate to give them a rousing send off for the league season.

A brilliant 3-0 win today at third place Folkestone Invicta guarantees that Hamlet will finish no lower than second ? which gives home advantage in the play-offs. The title is still a slim possibility but it'll be Billericay's if they win at least one of their last two games.

On Twitter, Sydenham Hill Wood and the Wildlife Trust have made it quite clear: "Hi, please be aware that visitors do not have permission or rights to forage wild garlic or other plants in Sydenham Hill Wood or Dulwich Wood.
