He fixed our oven in no time and his charges were more than reasonable. I would definitely recommend him and will certainly use him again. He came over very promptly, calling before he arrived, and even though it turned out there wasn't anything wrong with the appliance, he took the time to explain what he'd done and how the thing works. He diagnosed the problem easily and then popped out to his van to get the part I needed, had it fitted, tested and machine back in position in about ten minutes.
