How hard for you . There are therapies that don't involve medication . If you could get on one there are group therapy sessions on NHS which can teach you techniques to relax and to focus on good thoughts ,also "mindful" ones ( that I know nothing about ) but I think teach you to live in the moment . And there are on line courses like this https://moodgym.anu.edu.au/welcome and I'm sure others supported by local NHS . Well done for seeing GP ,don't be afraid to persue things if they seem to be taking a long time . Good luck x

We go to DH because the staff are so good at taking blood - like lots of elderly it's difficult with my mother and the bruises and huge lump left by less experienced people are horrendous . Plus you can park !!!!!

Maybe midday is a good time ? The lovely lady who did my mum said that GP surgeries were laying off staff ,one practice nurse where there used to be 2 and less blood tests being carried out at surgeries . So more pressure on clinic .

I was told today that there were 3 males on house forecourt peering through front windows . And also cars . Described as teenage . This was in Barry Rd about 4 pm .

Strafer - there was no que ,just me and one other customer . I was trying to keep warm . It was freezing ,windy outside . I asked the staff if I could shut the door and they said they were not allowed to ,so I shut it myself .

William Rose butchers at 126 Lordship Lane Se22 have a very stringent open door policy where the owners wishes override any customer desires for the door to be shut . I know because I've asked for it to be shut ,have even shut it myself but it is always immediately re opened by the staff who are not allowed to let it remain shut .

" I think it was the last sentence that ,to my mind ,implied police involvement . But I guess it was meant light heartedly and not intended to be taken seriously .
