  1. An interesting social experiment for the East Dulwich Forum. Will the "Trick or Treat" thread generate more interest than the "Remembrance Sunday" thread.
  2. The Remembrance Service in Dulwich Village has all the traditional elements and would make a good introduction for a youngster. I will be at East Dulwich.
  3. Just wondered if fox turd transmitted diseases to children as is the case with dogs.
  4. Is fox turd in a children's playground a health risk?
  5. > Are they Peckham foxes or bonafide ED foxes? The playground is on Adys Road, SE15.
  6. > Great for the retailers just as Easter, Christmas, Grandparents day and whatever else there is that starts far to early, takes the real meaning away from things and just basically makes everything about putting your hand in your pocket? When is East Dulwich Day?

  11. Don't much care about the rich folk in Camberwell Grove. I would like a road-block at the Lordship Lane end of Melford Road.
  12. I am used to the tax on my small pension being used to subsidise rich people. The ?32m directed at Bellenden Village is of no benefit to me as I live too far away. I am pleased to hear that Southwark Council has now stopped subsidising the rents of Bellenden Village shops. Have the soft loans been repaid too?
  13. Thanks for the update, paps. Should be a real winner.
  14. Caltrops might be more effective.
  15. There are lots of Reggie Perrin shops on Lordship Lane and Northcross Road.
  16. Any news on the pie 'n' mash?
  17. It would be interesting to publish the registation plate numbers here, but I doubt Admin would allow it.
  18. Who owns the freehold now? Snorky knows?
  19. No, snorky. A human being wrote the text. Who was it?
  20. > Dulwich hospital hasn't had an A & E dept since just after WW2. I'm pretty sure the last time I used A &E was c1962.
  21. I remember having physiotherapy in the gym, but that was 50 years ago.
  22. > There doesn't seem much more to say. Except who wrote the text of the petition.
  23. > upmarket women's clothing More so than White Stuff?
  24. > Lord Haw Haw was a traitor. This is a common error. He was a citizen of the Irish Free State.
