  3. how can i get Mr two-and-a-half to sleep past 5.30?????????? do the gro clocks work?? Normally I can cope with the early mornings but this morning he came running through at 3am, then was awake at 4.30, then up for the day an hour later, and I am not happy mummy. can't believe he woke so early as i even put up a blackout blind yesterday! could it be too dark?????

  7. i bought a bottle with a straw that pops in and out for my toddler, he likes that and will happily drink water from it. got it from sainsburys. you might be surprised how easily she takes water, esp in this weather.

  9. I've heard the ergo s good for bf... I have a baby bjorn active and while i know lots of people don't get on with them, I have found it great for bf, though only on one side (the left. i can feed bub on the right side too but find it much more difficult to move about, partly prob because the right boob is a lot smaller. :-S ) you have to adjust the straps so that the bub is level with your breast and then away you go! am still using it and bub is 7 1/2 months
  10. it is baby whisperer, and i'd like to know any success(or not..) stories too! There is a forum you can look into, thebabywhisperer.com from memory.. must have another look myself.. Think it is hard work from what i've read so would be good to know if it worked!

  12. I like the idea of the back packs too.. I must admit that BEFORE I had kids I didn't like the idea of reins, not that I thought they were treating the kids like dogs but it did look strange. Now I would have no hesitation using them should the need arise, as safety is first and foremost.

  14. would second washable wipes, SO much more effective than baby wipes I have found.

  20. right, am going to aim for 10.30 when the museum opens, will get tickets for 11.15. don't know how many i can ask for otherwise would be happy to pick up a few for others... will probably head to the aquarium and/or the room where the bees are to wait. will prob be wearing jeans and a brown/pink hoodie, a baby in a sling and be chasing after a curly-haired 2 yr old boy will wear my 'i like biscuits' badge!

  22. Have you looked at the Bugaboo bee? Lighter and smaller but still practical, also cheaper than the chameleon.
