Ditto. I'd go for the train option preferably from Forest Hill. There are two direct trains per hour to East Croydon, but there are four Overground trains to West Croydon. Get on at the 5th carriage and at West Croydon, there is an exit that takes you directly to the Tramstop with trams to East Croydon which takes less than 5 mins. I'd personally avoid Southern at all costs when commuting to Croydon until the situation is resolved.

I've lost count at the amount of burst water mains on that junction since the pipes were changed to stop them in the first place. Why is that section of road so vulnerable?

It's worth noting that while certain Labour MP's were infighting, Helen Hayes emailed me about a completely different issue I have as part of the constituent emails at 11.30pm. As someone who has had dealings with Helen at both Cllr and MP level, I can't fault her for her hard work towards local people.

The only time I've seen the IN team in ED was on DKH and outside Sainsbury's on the first weekend of the campaign, then nothing.

I've been on the 176 at lunchtime and it was an hour from The Strand to outside The Grove Tavern.

Is it only College Gate that has the sign? I don't think I've seen them at the other gates, although I think Court Lane Gate should have one as it's the gate that people use from Dulwich Library.

For the last year, Southern is nothing more than a brand of GTR (Govia Thameslink Railway) who operate the Thameslink, Great Northern, Gatwick Express and Southern brands. So you have this large franchise running trains from King's Lynn to Brighton who are trying to streamline everything from ticket offices to counductors on trains to maintain profits for their shareholders. Fortunately this franchise is only until 2021, when it's very likely the Metro services from PR/ED/ND will be handed over to TfL, leaving the profitable services out of London to the private sector.

Your question should be Virgin or other ISP's who use the BT Openzone network. Most Openzone ISP's buy their bandwidth from BT Wholesale, so whoever you use from BT Retail, Plusnet etc will have similar speeds. TalkTalk and Sky have their own back end at the BT exchange, so you may have different speeds in comparison. Virgin is like playing Russian roulette round here.

That junction is notorious. It's not helped if you heading towards The Grove that the speed limit changes from 20 to 30 as you reach Melford Road.
