Hi, I know this is not strictly East Dulwich business, but does anyone know why the Silver Buckle Pub in Camberwell Green appears to have clsoed down?

Hey Georgia - if you were being serious and were actually thinking of taking the EDF drinks to Camberwell, you could try the Hermits Cave, which is a much, much better pub than the Buckle (although it is a little small).

Oh that ghastly dive is a major reason we continue to petition for an independent Camberwell Grove. Local politicians are using police to crack down on our protests but my fellow silver foxes are warming to twitter as a way to let the world know of our plight.
